Dr. Katherine Frachetti attained her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She earned a Cornell Tradition Fellowship for her commitment to Community Service as well as her work and academic achievements. She completed her medical degree at the State University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
Dr. Frachetti later went on to complete her residency training in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, an affiliated hospital of Harvard Medical School. She completed her fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a board-certified Endocrinologist, and specializes in the treatment of a broad range of Endocrine diseases such as Diabetes, Thyroid, Parathyroid, Pituitary, and Adrenal disorders.
Dr. Frachetti lives in Buffalo, NY with her husband and three children and teaches internal medicine residents from the University at Buffalo Internal Medicine residency program.
